We're a small team of UI/UX designers based in Tainan, driven by curiosity and the belief that great design should feel effortless to the people using it.
Started With A Simple Question
Back in 2019, our founder Linnea was working late nights as a freelance designer, frustrated by how often beautiful websites failed to connect with real people. She kept asking the same question: why do so many digital products look amazing but feel confusing to use?
That question sparked something. What if we could build a studio focused entirely on creating designs that looked great AND made sense to everyday users? Not just pretty interfaces, but thoughtful experiences that actually helped businesses reach their goals.
"Good design isn't about following trends or impressing other designers. It's about understanding what people need and making it easy for them to get there."
So we started small. Just Linnea and a shared workspace in Tainan's East District. Our first client was a local restaurant owner who needed help with their online ordering system. Six years later, we've grown to a team of four designers, but we still approach every project with that same curiosity about what makes digital experiences truly work for people.
How We've Grown
Solo Beginnings
Linnea started freelancing from a small studio apartment, focusing on web design for local Tainan businesses. First breakthrough came from redesigning a traditional bakery's online presence, which tripled their delivery orders.
Building the Team
Brought on Marcus as our first UX researcher after realizing how much user testing improved our designs. Moved to our current East District office and started taking on clients across Taiwan's tech startup scene.
Finding Our Focus
Added Kai and Sofia to handle motion design and front-end development. This year taught us that our sweet spot is working with growing companies who need design that scales with their ambitions.
What's Next
Now we're exploring how AI tools can enhance our design process without losing the human touch. Planning to launch our design system toolkit for Taiwanese startups by late 2025.
